Dee D’o items must be returned in their original condition: unworn (except for trying them on, of course), with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons and due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we do not accept returns for:
– lingerie
– items on sale or marked as final sale
